Return & Exchange Policy
We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it. Please note that certain items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, as outlined below.

Return & Exchange Process
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:

- Receive Instructions: Our customer service team will provide you with detailed instructions on how to return the item, including the return address and any necessary forms.
- Package the Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Attach the provided return label to the package.
- Ship the Item: Send the package to the provided return address using a trackable shipping method. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.
- Receive Confirmation: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your return or exchange. If approved, we will process your refund or send out the replacement item.
Refund Process

Exchange Process
If you are exchanging an item, the replacement item will be shipped to you once we receive and inspect the returned item. Shipping costs for the replacement item will be covered by Bikes Gear Sales.
